For the love of flowers
Flower subscription ~ frequently asked questions
Is the price listed per month?
No. Since all subscriptions are paid for upfront, the price listed is for the total duration, not per month. For example, if you choose the hand-tied bouquet subscription for 3 months, the total price is $150 (+HST) for all 3 months. So per month, each bouquet is $50.
when will my flowers be ready?
All orders will be ready for pick up by noon on the second Friday of every month. We will send you an email to confirm when they are ready for pick up.
What month will my subscription start?
If you have ordered your flowers less than one week from the next pick up date, your subscription will start the following month. Please email ashley@ashleyelaine.ca if you would like your subscription to begin in a specific month (within 3 months of purchase). Subscriptions purchased at the end of 2019 and early 2020 will begin in April 2020. See our monthly flower pick up dates for 2020/21.
Is delivery available?
We have chosen to partner with our friends at The Georgian Artisan Shop, located at 5 Bruce St. South. Box 581, Thornbury, Ontario, N0H 2P0, to be a local pick up location for subscribers. This allows us to make sure your flowers are safe and that you can pick up at your convenience within their retail hours. Please remember to pick up your arrangement promptly to make sure you can enjoy the flowers for as long as possible!

what do I do with all these vases?
We love to recycle vases! Please contact us to arrange the return of your vase before your next pick up. We’ll reuse it for your next arrangement and add a few extra blooms to say thanks!
how long will my flowers last?
Replacing the water and giving stems a fresh cut every couple of days is the best way to get the longest life out of your flowers. If you have an arrangement, it’s best to place it in the sink and fill the vase until all of the old water has been flushed out. It is also important to remember that cut flowers don’t all have the same life span. Some of the more delicate flowers won’t last as long so removing any flowers that have started to wilt or fade will allow you to continue enjoying your arrangement. Make sure to keep them out of direct sunlight and away from any vents. Cut flowers can last between 5-7+ days with good care.
